Thank you for a very pleasant stay. The staff is very, very nice here, the services are good, and location is marvellous really close to a wonderful lake, and a beautiful park with a lake. The rooms are spotless and fairly quiet and generally offer iron/ironing board, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The beds are comfy, the breakfast is great.
Views are pretty bad.

The place was fairly clean with helpful and amiable staff members. So glad that the wheelchair accessible room with the bathtub and shower, as for instance I booked was available.

Nothing, this is just a busines bed factory in a rural setting
Reception staff could not have been less welcoming. . If it had not been late and pre booked we would have walked straight out.

The hotel managers were really helpful and friendly. The location was fantastic and near to the nearby town where there was a selection of restauraunts. The breakfast had a wide range of choice and was well present in a lovely dining area.

The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly and excellent. the location in Creutzwald is peaceful and convenient, close to beautiful park, lake, and trail. They also have a car parking area.

Staff helpful and efficient. Good selection at breakfast. Quiet location.
Toilet room was small (in triple room). Although the hotel was very quiet (few people there when I stayed), I was aware that sound insulation was poor. This was not a problem though.
